Our Delicate fruity extra virgin is obtained from the Ogliarola and Coratina cultivars. Its color is green with yellow reflections. Its scent is light of olive enriched by slight scents - hints - of herbs, flowers and green tomato. The taste is sweet, with discrete bitter-spicy sensations, complemented by a pleasant sensation of fresh almond. Delicate accompanies the sea and its fish, light sauces and is excellent in pastry. The cold pressing takes place a few hours after the harvest, between October and December.
